Sometimes when starting Windows the computer becomes real slow and explorer.exe hangs, so, for that i have came up with this small utility that has the purpose of replacing the inicialization of the machine. Shell Launcher has only one purpose and that is give the option to the user of choosing between explorer.exe or cmd.exe to start.

Info:
To fully use this utility you will have to manualy change the registry entry for explorer.exe. Also In order for this utility to work the archive must be extracted to a folder and that folder must contain both shortcuts (*.lnk)
