Tenia esta herramienta que es la que suelo usar yo y hoy encontre el proyecto y busque no vi ningun anotator "oficial" de indetectables y bueno modifique la interfaz. El funcionamiento es simple, al abrirlo si dais en Add os crea un archivo txt con el nombre del offset funcional en la carpeta donde esteis.
