No esta dañado, esta encriptado

Soy new en esto me podrias explicar o recomendar algo de como desencriptar el archivo .rar, disculpe la ignorancia, Espero ayuda...

Alguien lo tiene y puede resubirlo? Me encantaría modearlo.

EDIT: O cualquier otro crypter runtime que sea detectado.
